We stand by the quality of our products and services. Due to the digital nature of most offerings and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
This includes courses, templates, contracts, guides, and other instant-access resources.
All digital purchases are non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.
All physical merchandise is final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damage or defect claims must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery and must include photo evidence.
Payments for live or virtual workshops, coaching sessions, or services are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, access to recordings or rescheduling options may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
These Terms govern your use of the Notary Training Hub website, courses, and services.
Course Access Term
All courses purchased through Notary Training Hub include one (1) year of guaranteed access from the date of purchase.
After the initial one-year access period, continued access may be provided at our discretion, provided the course remains hosted on our active platform.
Courses are not sold as lifetime access.
Platform Changes and Business Pivot
Notary Training Hub reserves the right to change learning platforms, update course formats or delivery methods, and retire, restructure, or discontinue courses.
If we move platforms or pivot course offerings after the one-year access period, we are not obligated to transfer or re-enroll students into a new platform or course version.
Your course will not be deleted at the one-year mark if it remains hosted on the same platform. Continued access beyond one year is provided on an “as available” basis and is not guaranteed.
Important Clarification
Continued access after one year is a courtesy, not a contractual obligation. Access exists only while the course is actively hosted on our current platform.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By enrolling in any Notary Training Hub course, you acknowledge that course access is guaranteed for one year only, continued access beyond one year is not guaranteed, courses are not lifetime products, platform changes may occur without obligation to transfer access, and violations of intellectual property rights may result in removal and legal action.
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
